Dallas Stars

Sorry that it has been so long since I have posted a blog. I have been a little busy with school and whatnot. Last night I went to the Dallas Stars game with my parents and a friend, Moffa. It was the last home game of the season and possibly the last game for Mike Modano. He has play for 21 seasons and is 39 years old now. He has had  802 assists in his career.

I was sitting at the very top of the stadium and got this pretty decent photo of him. He got two standing ovations last night that seem to last forever, one of which was about 3 minutes long. I never knew how much I love hockey. I have only been to two hockey games in my life, both of which were for the Dallas Stars.
Here is a group shot of all the players after they had won the game against the Anaheim Ducks 3-2. At the end of the game all of the teammates got their picture taken with Modano.
I really hope to go to another Dallas Stars hockey game sometime in  the next season. Although it has not officially been declared, I am hoping that Modano does not retire this year and I can see him one more year skating on the ice with the Stars.

Maren and Mari are 2!

This weekend I went to my sister's house for the twins birthday party.
I also went to the Grapevine Mills Mall and got my prom dress at a store called DEB.

This is Vivian and I. I had my Robert Pattinson earrings on that day and Vivian had her Jacob pin on her lanyard. I am Team Switzerland and Vivian is Team Jacob.
Vivian and I are chillin' in class. :)
Maren and I at her and Mari's birthday. I don't have a picture of Mari or else I would have put it up on here. :)

MOVIE REVIEW:
Cop Out
This weekend I was treated to a free movie and free dinner thanks to Anthony Moffa. We went to the SMG and saw Cop Out. In my opinion this movie is Great. Cop Out is rated R for language and violence. It was a very funny movie and had action as well.

Baseball, 5 lbs of gummy bears, and ChiChi

Today is February 25, 2010.
Tomorrow my twin nieces turn 2. I still them babies. They are just too cute. :) They are growing up so fast! We are celebrating this Saturday. I am also going to Kennedale High School to watch my cousin dance. I think I might go to the Grapevine Mills Mall on Saturday too to shop around for prom dresses. :) Expect pictures from the party.

A few weekends ago Clay had his first games here in Denton, Texas.
he wanted me to take some pictures of him, so I did. Here is one of the many that I took.
For Valentine's Day, my cousin Jayme got me a 5lbs gummy bear. According to her we had a conversation about giant gummy bears, of which I vaguely remember. So, here is the gummy bear, I named him Chuy. 1) Chelsea Handler's assistants name is Chuy. 2) The gummy bear is chewy. :) haha, get it?!
Here is my Baby Boo. :) I love my ChiChi. She is such a little model; She hates getting her picture taken, but oh well. She usually turns away from the camera.
This is from when snowed on Christmas Eve 2009. She doesn't like the cold very much. We sometimes put her jacket on her to take her out if it gets really cold.

I have this idea that I want to do a movie review on this. I go to the movies almost often, I guess you could say. :) I have seen some pretty great ones.

:)

Hmm, Hmm, Hmm. :)
Today is friday and I am HAPPY about that. It has been a pretty good day.
Yesterday, we had a Senior Meeting while all of the underclassmen had a TAKS practice day. I had to sit in a hot gym for 3 hours. Although, it was not the worst day ever. It was a very fun day, surprisingly. All of the guys decided to play games like Leap Frog, Wheel barrel races, and they also attempted to do a pyramid of 15 people! It was hilarious to watch but also a little terrifying because I had a feeling someone was gonna get hurt.

Erik and I in class :)
This weekend I play on seeing Dear John. :) I bought the book recently but I haven't started it yet. The movie is based on the book, written by Nicholas Sparks. Sparks has also written some well known books including: The Notebook, Nights in Rodanthe, A Walk to Remember, and The Last song.

Saturday and Sunday - I am going to my brothers baseball games. He is the starting pitcher for NWOSU, NorthWestern Oklahoma State University. Also, This weekend I will be writing two papers for my TCC English 4 class. ugh. I am not looking forward for that.

Tonight my Mom and I are going to the movies.
Because I follow SMG on Twitter they had an offer for 2 free movie tickets for tonight for any movie. We decided to go see Sherlock Holmes. I have see it once but I wont mind seeing it again for a second time. :) If you haven't seen it then I suggest that you do. I had never really known anything about the series but this movie has a lot of action.
